Atlanta Exes

I like to give people their props whenever I see or hear something that I like.

+Arika Kane, I LOVE the theme song to #AtlantaExes!

The theme song is the remix to Arika's song, "Make It" and it's perfect for the show.

Check it out below and visit Arika's website. . .

And to the ladies of Atlanta Exes, I pray that God heals your hearts  Hate to see you in pain, but God!

Fall Decor

Autumn (or Fall) is just around the corner and here are a few ideas I saw on #Pinterest for decorating your home.

I like how you can use the above jar for any time of the year.  For example, someone suggested filling it with candy canes or ornaments for Christmas, sand and seashells for the Summer, etc.

Here are some more ideas from #TameraMowry:

The Day After 9/11

I saw this video last year on someone's page and I wanted to share it here.

The following description and performance is by the +newyorkcityballet

New York City Ballet presents NEW BEGINNINGS on September 12, 2013. Filmed at sunrise on the 57th floor of 4WTC in lower Manhattan, this short film captures an extraordinary and moving performance of Christopher Wheeldon's After the Rain. It is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, and a tribute to the future of the city that New York CityBallet calls home.

I love the Fall season and the cooler weather it brings!

I made a #Pinterest board for it.

Follow Blessed Indeed's board Autumn on Pinterest.

I also love that I can break out my boots and sweaters.  Below are some really cute outfits that I've come across.  Oh, and I will definitely be wearing white too even though it's after Labor Day.

Which outfits do you like the best?

Here's some nice boots. . .

Jam of the Week: Move Mountain

As promised in a previous blog, here is another song by Darius McCrary (Family Matters).  What a voice!

The song "Move Mountain" was featured in the Christian movie Something to Sing About (2000).  I also believe the song was written by Brent Jones of Brent Jones and the T.P. Mobb (i.e., Total Praise Mobb).

I really liked the movie Something to Sing About and needless to say, the soundtrack is awesome!  The youth choir at a church I attended used to sing a few of the songs from the movie.  I always enjoyed singing them, especially this one. . .

This movie also stars Tamera Mowry (Sister, Sister) and Irma P. Hall (Soul Food).
